A blast from the past.
I had this idea of doing a portrait about time, so I asked Jonathan for photos of when he was young. He dug up his Bar Mitzvah photo. I guess the painting could be about the moment he became a Man to his transformation into a Bear.
I’m a writer living in Los Angeles, making emojis of faces I find on Instagram. When I get a moment, I paint portraits on canvases I build from reclaimed wood.
