This is Nolan.
Nolan has been trying to make me draw more, so we are sketching magazines. Then I decided to make an illustration of him. I mean, he is easy to draw, giant eyes and everything.
Sketch
Here is my rough and dirty sketch. It doesn’t really look like him, but I know where all the lines are. Nolan complained this first version made him look like a clown. I did agree that his eyebrows are a bit big. I added detail to his hair and plucked his brows a bit.
Final Nolan Illustration
I made a minor tweak so his eyebrows are more angular and made his eyes look less anime. He liked it enough to make it his Facebook profile pic. I think I need to draw Todd next.
